Frequently asked questions.

What is From Her Eyes?

From Her Eyes is my creative studio where I blend mandala art, dotillism, natural textures, and spiritual inspiration to create meaningful, intentional handmade pieces.
Everything is designed and made by hand — from resin coasters and earrings to bookmarks, wall art, custom paintings, keychains and nature-inspired décor. My work focuses on calming colors, symbolism, and slow-made craftsmanship so each piece feels personal, grounding, and unique.

Can I request custom art?

You can request a custom piece by sending me a message through my website’s contact form, email, or Instagram DMs.
To start, I’ll ask for a few details:

  • The type of piece you want (painting, mandala, coasters, earrings, décor)

  • Colors or themes you love

  • Size and style inspiration

  • Your timeline or occasion

Once we confirm the design, a non-refundable deposit is required to secure your spot. Turnaround time usually ranges from 1–3 weeks, depending on the size and complexity.

Do you offer payment plans or options?

Yes! I offer several payment options to make art more accessible:

  • Standard checkout payments (credit/debit, Zelle, Square.)

  • Split payments for custom pieces, where you pay the deposit first and the remaining balance when the piece is completed

If you need a flexible arrangement, feel free to ask — I’m happy to work with you.

What if my item arrived damaged or gets damaged?

Because each piece is handmade, small variations and natural imperfections can occur — and on rare occasions, pieces can break. If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 72 hours with photos of the item and the packaging. I’ll review the issue and offer one of the following:

  • A replacement (if the item can be recreated)

  • A repair

  • A partial or full refund, depending on the situation

If your item breaks after you've received it, I offer a repair option within a set time frame (usually 30–60 days depending on the product). You can bring the piece to me at a local market/show or send it in for repair. I’ll always do my best to bring your piece back to life so you can continue enjoying it.
